At BALLON, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and with care.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 8–11 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).


Shipping CostsΒ 

We currently do not charge for shipping.


Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
BALLON cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at:

We will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and offer a discount on our new product coming soon.
